Chrome forks WebKit
Google has announced to fork WebKit into its new rendering engine Blink. This means over the long run Chrome and other Webkit browsers (like Safari) will no longer support the same feature set.

Chrome 26
Version 26 of Google Chrome was released in March 2013. You can read all details in the release notes. The new key features are:
Enhanced spell-checking
Support for multiple users on Windows
Async DNS resolve on MAC / Linux
IE and Flash on Win 8
Last month Microsoft released an update to IE10 on Windows 8 which allows playback of all Flash content by default. You can read all about this decision here.
IE 10 Administration Kit
Last month Microsoft released the IE 10 Administration Kit for Windows 7 and 8. The Administration Kit allows the creation and management of custom IE 10 packages.
